This is the traditional "Open That Bottle" night where guests bring a bottle of their choice from their cellar and the Winds provides the setting and the food. This is a "wild card" event and has become one of our most popular events through the years. Bragging rights are up for grabs, wine cellar fiascos, and presents given upon marriages that are now dissolved...anything is possible at Open That Bottle.
