Barrel Aged Manhattan, Boulevardier or Negroni
Using top shelf ingredients, we’ve barrel aged the cocktails for a minimum of
30 days in oak barrels. Served up or with large ice.

Italicus Spritz
There is nothing better than a well made spritz and this rendition is fantastic.
Italicus is an aperitif made from bergamot citrus with a tart orange flavor and
is the citrusy flavor in Earl Grey tea. Mixed with Prosecco, club soda and
served with a rose petal ice cube, adding a floral component.

Sipping in La Mancha Gin and Tonic
We love a Spanish gin and tonic and this is Noah’s new riff on our beloved
cocktail, London dry gin is paired with saffron infused Lustau Spanish
Vermut, and a dash of lime juice. Garnished with a grapefruit
slice and a lemon twist.

Chasing Bunnies
This is a refreshing tequila cocktail combining Teremana blanc with lime juice ginger syrup and a little sweet vermouth. Served in a collins glass and garnished with fresh mint.

Rosé Sour
A lower ABV cocktail with all the goodness of a traditional sour. Rosé wine is shaken
with lemon juice, orgeat and and served with a sprinkling of pink peppercorn.

Pomegranate Martini
Belle of Dayton Vodka is paired with Pama pomegranate liqueur,
St. Germaine and a dash of lime juice.

The Last Word
Well, we can’t find Chartreuse anymore, but we’ve found a really wonderful substitute with
Fontbońne an herbal liqueur. Combined with Bombay Sapphire, lime, Luxardo
Maraschino liqueur and a brandied cherry.

Buffalo Buckeye Sour
Buffalo Trace bourbon is shaken with lemon juice, Canton ginger liqueur, orange
bitters and a little Ohio maple syrup.

Blood Orange Mule
This season's mule mixes vodka, blood orange juice, ginger, house made mint
simple syrup, and a splash of Fever Tree club soda. Garnished with a
dehydrated blood orange slice.

Ritual NA tequila, grapefruit, lime juice, agave and sumac.
Doctor’s Orders
Lyre’s NA whiskey, lemon and ginger juice, honey syrup.
NA Negroni
Served with big ice and an orange peel.
